Employee Work Permits
Enables you to maintain work permit details against an employee. You can enter more than one set of work permit details against an employee, providing the date entered in the Proof of ID field is unique.
Before you can maintain work permit details, you must ensure the Additional Details field against the NATCIT narrative category is set to allow three alphanumeric characters. This field should then be used to store one of the following areas codes against the nationality/citizenship:
- EEA - European Economic Area.
- OEE - Other European Economic Area.
- OTH - Other (Rest of the World).
Note: The nationality / citizenship specified against the employee in Equal Opportunities must match one of the above area codes, otherwise work permit details cannot be maintained against the employee.
