Zellis Control

This option provides access to the following areas of the system, where you should only make changes if advised by Customer Services; changes in these areas can have a significant impact on system operations. For example, you can change a maximum cost code length, which might invalidate codes already on the system, thus necessitating a conversion process:

This option provides access to the following areas of the system, where you can make changes to data that would normally remain the same once the system has been installed. Again, you should only make changes if advised by Customer Services as changes in these areas can have a significant impact on system operations:

Customer Services

This option provides access to Upgrade Request Details, where you can view details of the software versions installed on the customer's site and produce a report if required.
