Employee Holiday Basic Detail
Enables you to set up or change holiday entitlements for individual employees. You can also view holidays taken and holidays remaining. The system calculates these details using work patterns, the entitlement details linked to service conditions, and holidays entered in Attendance Detail.
Note: Holiday entitlement is rounded up to the nearest half day / hour.
Holiday entitlement is calculated pro rata, depending on the employee’s FTE. However, where the employee’s start date is after the selected holiday year start date, the employee’s start date is used to find the correct FTE.
To access this window, enter fast path HREMPALL and select Holiday Entitlement from the navigation panel.
