Third-Party Accumulations
Enables you to select multiple control groups for which you want to accumulate third-party payments and assign processing dates.
Note: You can either use this option to accumulate third-party payments or a combination of Print Third-Party Detail and Third-Party Period Selection.
Note: Before using this option, you must have set up third-party details and employees’ third-party deductions via the employee pay element options.
Note: This functionality can be added to the scheduler via the HR491S0S task. You can configure the scheduler with the group list, BACS processing date, start period year, start period, start period supplementary number, end period year, end period, end period supplementary number.

Defaults
Default Processing Date
Enter the default processing date for the accumulated third party payments. You can amend the default processing date on an individual third-party basis.
Default Start Period
Enter the year, period and supplementary pay run that identifies the beginning of the default accumulation period range if the selected control groups relate to a single pay type. If more than one pay type exists in the selected control groups, you must specify a period range per pay type by clicking window to display Period Selection Window Per Pay Type. You can amend the default accumulation period range on an individual third-party basis.
Default End Period
Enter the year, period and supplementary pay run that identifies the end of the default accumulation period range if the selected control groups relate to a single pay type.
Paging Area
All third-parties are listed to enable you to tag the required third-parties to process.
Third-Party ID
Display only. The ID of the third-party.
Tag
Enter Y if you want to accumulate third-party payments for this third-party.
St Yr, P, R
The default year, period and supplementary pay run that identifies the beginning of the default accumulation period range, if the selected control groups relate to a single pay type. You can amend the default accumulation period range on an individual third-party basis.
St +
Click window to display Period Selection Window Per Pay Type if more than one pay type exists in the selected control groups, to enable you to view and amend the default period range per pay type.
E Yr, P, R
The default year, period and supplementary pay run that identifies the end of the default accumulation period range, if the selected control groups relate to a single pay type. You can amend the default accumulation period range on an individual third-party basis.
Process Date
The default processing date for the accumulated third-party payments. You can amend the default processing date on an individual third party basis.
Method
The payment method associated with the third-party. The options are set up in the PAYMTD narrative category.

Click expand to display the short description of the third-party.
Button
Tag by Pay Method
Click this button to display Tag Third-Parties, where you can tag multiple third-parties by pay method.
Click COMMIT to process the selected third-parties. Payments for the tagged third-parties in the specified date range are accumulated, assigned the associated processing date and posted to the Accumulated Third-Party Payments file using the current pay period assigned to the appropriate control groups.
You can now view the outcome via Third-Party Processing Dates.
