Enables you to configure the MyView dashboard for this security profile.

To access this window, enter fast path HRPROFILE, enter the Profile ID and select MyView and then Dashboard in the navigation panel.

Note: You must configure security details before employee / manager actions in order to provide access to the required modules and process groups. You cannot define an action for a module or process group unless permission has been granted in Maintain Dashboard Security.

Security

Click this button to display Maintain Dashboard Security, where you can define security details for modules and process groups to control access for employees and managers with this security profile.

Widgets

Click this button to display Maintain Widget, where you can specify which widgets are available on the MyView dashboard for employees and managers linked to this security profile, and configure the default layout.

Employee Actions

Click this button to display Employee Actions, where you can configure employee level actions and categories (which consist of multiple actions) that are available to employees linked to this security profile. Specified actions and categories are then accessible from the Me tab in the navigation panel.

Manager Actions

Click this button to display Manager Actions, where you can configure manager level actions and categories (which consist of multiple actions) that are available to managers linked to this security profile. Specified actions and categories are then accessible from the My People tab in the navigation panel.

Views

Click this button to display Team Selector Views, where you can add Team Selector views to a security profile to make these views accessible within the Team Selector.
