Displays the daily details and payment details associated with the employee’s Normal Pay. The employee’s Normal Pay is calculated according to the absence parameters associated with this absence type, if specified. Alternatively, the employee’s default Normal Pay is used, and if this is not available, you can manually enter a Normal Pay value.

To access this window, enter fast path HR195S4 and select the employee, then window in to the Details field and select Daily Dets in the navigation panel.

General Details

Normal Pay

The value of the employee's Normal Pay. You can amend this value if required.

SSP Average Pay

This field only displays where SSP applies to entitlement types. The value of the average SSP pay per week during the sickness period. You can amend this value if required.

Calc Date

Display only. The date as of which the entitlement was calculated for the selected absence.

Entl Calc Point

Display only. The description of the calculation date, for example, end of pay period.

Entitlement Type

Display only. Displays H or D to indicate whether the entitlement type is hourly or daily.

Contra Normal Pay

This field is only displayed if the Contra Pay Calc Method field is set to F in Leave Management Parameters. The value of the employee's Normal Pay for the contra payment.

Paging Area

Day

Display only. The day the absence occurred.

Date

Display only. The date the absence occurred.

D/W

Display only. The number of entitlement days in the week - used for weekly entitlement types.

Units Taken

Display only. The number of entitlement units taken. Click window to display Units Taken Percentage Breakdown, where you can view the units taken against each entitlement band.

Units Paid

Display only. The number of entitlement units paid. Click window to display Units Paid Percentage Breakdown, where you can view the units paid against each entitlement band.

Avg %

Display only. The average daily percentage used for payment, depending on the entitlement band and the percentage entered in the Payment Percentage field in Post Absence General Details.

Amount Paid

Display only. The daily pay amount based on Normal Pay. This field displays the daily OSP amount paid for entitlement types to which SSP applies.

Reason

Display only. The Closedreason for payment or non-payment.

This field only displays where SSP applies to entitlement types. The reason for the payment or exclusion from payment. The options are set up in the SSPXCL narrative category.

SSP

This field only displays where SSP applies to entitlement types. The daily SSP rate paid or due to be paid, if applicable.

SSL Reason

This field only displays where Republic of Ireland statutory sick leave (SSL) applies to entitlement types. The reason for the payment or exclusion from payment.

SSL

This field only displays where Republic of Ireland statutory sick leave (SSL) applies to entitlement types. The daily SSL rate paid, or due to be paid, if applicable.

Ded Reason

This field is only displayed for entitlement types for which the Non-UK Special Rules in the Absence Parameters apply. The |> reason for the deduction or exclusion from payment.

Benefit

This field only displays for entitlement types for which the Non-UK Special Rules in the Absence Parameters apply. The daily benefit amount deducted.

OCC Pay

The total calculated OCC amount.

The value of the contra payment if made.
