Create Review
Enables you to create a review for an employee when you add a post holding via Employee Current Post Details, Employee Post Holding History or Applicant Transfer to Employee. The review period runs from the start date of the post holding to the default end date of the corresponding review period as defined in Talent and Performance Parameters.
Review Parameters
Enable Staging
This check box is only enabled if a stage definition exists that is current as of the review start date. Select this check box to use a staged approach for the review.
Staging ID
This field is only enabled if the Enable Staging check box is selected. Enter the Staging ID of the staging type to use or select one from the drop-down list.
Self-Assessment
Select this check box if the employee can perform a self-assessment against the review in addition to the manager's assessment.
Review Defaults
All Behaviours
Select this check box to include all behaviours in the review that are current during the review period.
Post Behaviours
Select this check box to include only post based behaviours in the review that are current during the review period.
All Objectives
Select this check box to include all objectives in the review that are current during the review period.
Post Objectives
Select this check box to include only post based objectives in the review that are current during the review period.
Competencies
Select this check box to include all competencies in the review that are current during the review period.
Apply Standards
Click window to display Select Review Standards, where you can specify which standards are included in the review.
Notifications
Employee Email Template
Enter the ID of the email that you want to send to the employee when the review has been created, or select one from the drop-down list.
Manager Email Template
Enter the ID of the email that you want to send to the employee's manager when the review has been created, or select one from the drop-down list.
Click CONTINUE to create the review based on the options selected. Review Stage Date Prompt is displayed if you have enabled staging for this review, where you can view the default expiry dates by which each stage should be completed and amend them if required.
