To access this screen, enter fast path HR204S11.

Note: This screen displays changes made to the employee’s review in MyView by the employee or manager. Changes made in this screen are also reflected in the employee's review in MyView.

Paging Area

Post ID

Display only. The ID of the post to which this review applies.

Start Date

Display only. The start date of this review period.

End Date

The end date of this review period, which can be amended if required.

OBJ

Click WINDOW to display Maintain Objectives, where you can maintain details of the employee’s objectives, apply mid and end-of-year ratings and provide evidence of the employee’s performance against the objectives.

BEH

Click WINDOW to display Maintain Behaviours, where you can maintain details of the employee’s behaviours, apply mid and end-of-year ratings and provide evidence of the employee’s performance against the behaviours.

STD

Click WINDOW to display Maintain Standards, where you can maintain details of the employee’s standards, apply mid and end-of-year ratings and provide evidence of the employee’s performance against the standards.

PS

Click WINDOW to display Summary of Performance, where you can maintain details of the employee's performance and apply mid and end-of-year performance ratings.

DP

Click WINDOW to display Maintain Development Plan, where you can record the employee’s development needs identified in this review and book / request training courses that meet the development needs, if required.

CDP

Click WINDOW to display Maintain Career Development Plan, where you can record the employee’s career development plan agreed in this review.

Click WINDOW to display Maintain Competencies, where you can view details of the competency grids attached to the employee's review, apply mid and end-of-year ratings and book / request recommended training if it exists for the competency / level combination.

Status

Enter the ID of the review status, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the FORMST narrative category. The following statuses are available with their corresponding impact on the review in MyView:

Post Long Description

Display only. The long description of the employee's post.

First Objective Added

Display only. The date the first objective was added to this review either via this screen or MyView. If no objectives have been added since the review record was created, this field is blank.

Review Submitted

Display only. The date this review was submitted in MyView.

Documents

This field is only enabled if Doc Storage is licensed. Click window to display Web Portal Doc Storage, where you can access the documents attached to this review in Doc Storage.

Employee Comments

Click window to display Maintain Web Notes, where you can view or record comments made by the employee for this review.

Staging Data

This field is only displayed if staging has been enabled for this review. Click window to display Staging Data, where you can view the current stage applicable to the review (and proceed to the next stage if required) and the associated expiry date details.

Line Manager Comments

Click window to display Maintain Web Notes, where you can view or record comments made by the manager for this review.

Viewable by New Manager

Select this check box to make this review available for future managers to view in MyView during the current review period. This check box enables you to override the setting that is specified when a post holding is end-dated.

Aspirational Career Plan

Click this button to display Aspirational Career Plan, where you can record the employee's aspirational career plans. Aspirational career plans are not specific to a review period as they are about the employee and their future.
